Formerly known as 'Marazion'. Late C18 or early C19. Coursed brown stone, tiled
roof formerly slated. 3 storeys, 2 sash windows with glazing bars under wooden
lintels. Left of centre 6 panelled door in panelled reveal, reeded surround,
frieze, hood on iron brackets. Blocked doorway on right.

Nos 76 & 78 form a group with Nos 1 & 3 Coldstream Lane
