C18 origin, with probably early C19 details to front elevation. 2 storeys, rough
rendered, with brick to rear and double span roof of stone slates. Brick stacks.
3 windows, hung sashes with glazing bars, 2 on ground floor, Doorway with plain
pilasters and half-glazed door. Courtyard of outbuildings of 2 storeys in brick
with steep stone slate roofs. Buildings include a former malthouse to New Road
in small bricks with a hoist door in gable end.
No 2 and outbuildings form a group with No 1 New Road
