Small, low C17 house of 2 storeys in coursed small dressed stone with chamfered
quoins. Steep stone slate roof with 2 hipped dormers and eaves cornice of wood
and stucco. Chimney against the end of No 2 West street has heavy paired flues
linked by cornice top, narrow semi-circular headed space between with architrave
and archivolt. 2 late windows to 1st floor, casements and leaded lights. Ground
floor has attractive mid C19 shop front, also early low doorway with panelled door.

All the listed building in Market Place form a group.
