Farmhouse. C16 or earlier with early C18 alterations. Timber framed.
Ground floor of left end bays red brick in Flemish bond, and of right end
chequered red and grey brick. Exposed bay-posts to central section, infilled
with red brick in stretcher bond. Combed plaster to first floor. Plain tile
roof. 4 or 5 timber-framed bays. 2 storeys. Roof hipped with gablet. Brick
stack in front slope of roof to narrow bay (or bay subdivision) second from
left end. Irregular fenestration of 5 casements. Ribbed door beneath stack.
Short C18 central rear wing of 2 storeys and garret, in similar materials.
Rear lean-to to right. Date 1718 over front door. Interior not inspected.
