House. Probably late C17/early C18. Squared coursed limestone with Collyweston
slate roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys with attic, 2-window range of
casement windows, with glazing bars, under wood lintels, to ground floor.
3-light ovolo-moulded stone mullion window to first floor right and 2-light
stone mullion window, with chamfered mullions, to first left. Both mullion
windows have leaded-lights with some crown glass and hood moulds. Central, C19,
part-glazed door under wood lintel. Pair of gabled roof dormers with casement
windows. Ashlar stack to right and stone stack to left. Lincolnshire dormer to
rear also C20 flat roof extension. Interior not inspected but noted as having
C18 corner cupboard in the hall and probably remains of open fireplace.
