House. Probably early C18, extended 3 bays to left, c.1840. 2 right bays,
coursed limestone rubble banded with ironstone, squared ironstone quoins, 3 bays
to left, coursed limestone rubble; slate roof, stone and rendered stacks. 2
storeys and attic, 5 bays. Entrance in second bay from left has wood lintel,
6-panel door with overlight and flat wooden hood. 3-light casement windows on
either side with rendered lintels. Similar 2-light window in right bay. 3-light
casement windows with rendered lintels in left bay and second bay from left on
first floor. Other first floor windows are 2-light casements with wood lintels.
Coped gable ends with kneelers. Moulded stone stack to right. Some rear windows
have old iron casements. Interior: Remodelled C19. Fireplaces are of this date
and beams are boxed in. Retains old winder stair.
