Ice house tower. Mid C19 for William Mackworth Dolben. Squared coursed ironstone
with lead roof. Circular tower in Romanesque style. 4 storeys. 2 stage gable
buttresses to first and second stage. One- and 2-light arch head openings to
each stage. Corbelled and castellated parapet. Large circular vault below was
used for storage of ice. C20 house attached to left is not of special
architectual interest.
