Lodge house, now house. Datestone 1866 with evidence of earlier structure. Regular coursed limestone and ironstone with brick dressings and plain-tile roof. Originally two-unit plan. Two storeys; two-window range of casements with cast-iron lattice glazing bars under shallow brick arches with brick dressings. Central gable projection has blank arch with corbelled brackets and central armorial device. Lean-to to left has blocked opening with pointed head. Brick stacks at ends. Right gable has datestone on shield with animals head above. Evidence of earlier single-storey structure in left gable. Single storey outbuilding in similar style of two-window range is attached to left by brick arch with stone corbels now formed into C20 porch.
