Two houses, now one dwelling. Early C18. Regular coursed lias and limestone with
C20 concrete tile and corrugated asbestos roofs. Originally 2- and 3-unit plans.
2 storeys. 3-window range of C19 casements under wood lintels. Central C20 bay
window under tiled hood. C19 plank door to far right and part-glazed door to far
left both under wood lintels. Gable parapets and brick stacks at ridge and end.
Former dwelling now outbuilding attached to right is 2-storey, 2-window range of
casements under wood lintels; that to first floor right has remains of leaded
lights. Central C19 plank door also under wood lintel. Large external stone
stack to right gable projects under rear roof. Interior not inspected but may
contain open fireplace.
