House. Early/mid C17 with possible older origins and C20 alterations. Coursed limestone rubble, thatch roof, brick ridge and end stacks. 2-storey, 4-window range. 3-unit through-passage plan with 1-unit addition. Blocked door to left of centre with wood lintel. C20 door with wood lintel further left. 2-light casement windows to ground floor left of centre, 3-light casements to ground floor right of centre, all with wood lintels and 2-light casements to 1st floor in eyebrow dormers. Single-storey extension to left end. Interior has bar-stop-chamfered spine beans with hearts at stop ends, some original stop-chamfered joists, open fireplace, stop-chamfered stone jambs and another open fireplace with stop-chamfered bressumer. Roof has two collars to principals. Right end bay has cruder spine bean and massive joists with ends visible externally and may have been an outbuilding originally.
