Cottage. Mid C18, altered C20. Coursed squared ironstone, thatch roof, brick end
stacks. 2-unit central-staircase plan. 2-storey, 3-window range. Central 2-light
casement window replacing door, with wood lintel. 3-light casements to ground
floor left and right, 2-light C20 casements to 1st floor left and right, and
small 1-light window to 1st floor centre, all with wood lintels. Quoins and
stone-coped gables with kneelers. C20 single-storey extension to rear with
present entrance. Interior has chamfered spine beams. Included for group value.
