Formerly known as Elliot House.

House, mid-C18. Front squared stone, other elevations coursed roughly-squared
stone. Welsh slate roof with brick stacks. T-plan. Front 2 storeys + attics,
4 windows. Chamfered plinth. Right-of-centre renewed door under gabled stone
hood on shaped corbels, between shop fronts with fluted pilasters and dentil
cornices. 4-pane sashes to 1st floor; low attic openings with 8-pane short
sashes, except for one 8-pane casement. Coped gables; old brick banded right
end stack, left end stack rebuilt on older base. Rear wing shows open-
pedimented gable and small-paned sash stair window.
