House and cottage. c.1840. Rock-faced stone with Welsh slate roof. Tudor
style. 2-storey, 3-bay house to right with attached single-storey, 3-bay cottage.

Each property has late C19 Art Nouveau-style door in chamfered surround with
shouldered lintel. Lead Art Nouveau lamps attached to jambs. On ground floor
2-light mullioned windows with hoodmoulds and leaded casements with small
diamond-shaped panes at the intersections. The house 1st floor has 4-pane
sashes with applied imitation leaded panes.

Gabled roof with kneelers and C19 brick end and ridge stacks. The cottage has
a C20 dormer window.
