Farmhouse and attached cottage. Late C18 and early C19. Ashlar with Welsh
slate roof. L-plan. 2 storeys, 5 bays. Four left bays have 12-pane sashes.
Projecting cross-gabled right bay is early C19 and has 4-light mullioned window
on ground floor and 3-light above.

Gabled roof with kneelers, ball finial on cross gable, ridged coping and 2 tall
triple conjoined and corniced ridge stacks.

Lower 3-bay cottage attached on left is built largely of Roman stones.
