Farmhouse, C18, brick with slate roof. Brick plinth, first floor
and eaves bands, cogged eaves, coped and tumbled gables, 2 gable
stacks. All windows have segmental heads and stone sills. 2
storeys, 5 bays. Central decorated, moulded doorcase with modil-
lioned triangular pediment on consoles, and triple-octagon over
light; 6 panelled door. Flanked by 2 glazing bar sashes; above,
4 glazing bar sashes. C18 extension to left, brick with slate
roof, 2 storey, single bay, has C19 lean-to timber conservatory
at front. Beyond, to left, 2 C19 2 storey, single bay
extensions, brick with slate roofs, brick coped gables, cogged
eaves, single gable stack. To right, stable door with segmental
head. Above, 2 three light casements and one 3 light Yorkshire
sash in left gable. Rear elevation has to right round headed
doorway with Gothic tracery fanlight and C19 10 panelled door
with roundels, flanked by single Yorkshire sashes wth segmental
heads. Above, central round headed glazing bar sash with Gothic
tracery. Other irregular C19 and C20 fenestration. Outside,
brick boundary wall with stone coping, ramp and gable to unusual
C19 6 panel door. Approx. 30M long.
