Farmhouse. Early C18 with mid C18 and late C19 extensions. Red brick. Concrete pantiles. Two red brick gable stacks, the left stack being external. Wooden eaves cornice. Two storeys plus attic, three bays. First floor band. Three glazing bar sashes with wedge rendered lintels. Two similar sashes above with flush wedge brick lintels and single central similar blocked window opening and lintel. The attic has a single central rendered and concrete pantile sloping dormer with single Yorkshire sash. To the rear is a two storey plus attic, two bay late C18 wing with right red brick gable stack and dentil eaves. Ground floor with C19 red brick and slate lean-to having doorway with C18 six fielded panel door and fanlight with decorative glazing bars, projecting sloping hood. To the right is a single glazing bar sash under a segmental arch. Above is a single glazing bar sash. In the attic is a single rendered and concrete pantile sloping dormer with single tripartite Yorkshire sash. To the right is a single storey red brick and concrete pantile extension.
