The Old Vicarage
II
House, formerly vicarage. c.1840. Render over brick, some
ashlar. Hipped slate roof, 4 brick and render stacks. Wide
eaves overhang and shallow raised eaves band. 2 storeys, 3 bays.
The central single bay projects and is gabled with 3 ashlar
brackets supporting the eaves overhang. Central doorway with
panelled double door and rectangular overlight with radiating
glazing bars. The projecting hood is supported on 2 ashlar
brackets. Either side are single glazing bar sashes. Above are
3 similar, smaller sashes. All sashes with flush ashlar lintels.
To the rear are various 2 and single storey wings.
