Farmhouse. Probably C17 origins remodelled in C18. Regular coursed ironstone
rubble. Raised slate roof. Prick ridge and end stacks. 3-unit plan. 3 storeys.
3-window range. Gabled stone porch has reset stone window. C20 door. Entrance is
flanked by C20 windows with wood lintels. Attic floor has two 3-light and a
2-light metal casement in narrow wood frames with wood lintels. Wrought-iron
casement fasteners and lead cames. Interior has stop-chamfered beams, inglenook
with chamfered bressumer, blocked wood mullioned window. Dairy attached on right
has stone flag floor, small windows and fixtures for setting trays. Stable and
granary. C18. Regular coursed ironstone. Slate roof. Wood lintel over stable
entrance. Exterior steps to granary. 3 bays. Road side has plank door on right
with wood lintel and 2 ventilation slits on left.
