The Old Bakehouse

Marked on O.S. map as Ye Olde Cottage.
Farmhouse, now house. Late C17 with later alterations and repairs. Squared,
coursed ironstone rubble. Steeply pitched C20-tile roof. Brick ridge stacks.
3-unit plan. 2 storeys. 3-window range. 2 entrances, both have C20 doors and
wood lintels. To left a 5-light fixed window, to right a 3-light casement. First
floor has a blocked window, a small 2-light casement and a C20 casement. All
windows have wood lintels. Ironstone quoins. Interior not inspected.
