slate roof. Brick end stack on stone base to right. Single storey plus attic.
Single-window range. Doorway to left has 4-panelled door and overlight. Sash
window to right has continuous lintel with door. First floor has a 3-light
wooden casement dormer. Interior: chamfered painted beam on first floor and
upper part of winder staircase.
