GV II

House. Early C18. Limestone rubble; plain-tile roof with brick gable-stacks.
3-unit plan with gable outshut to right. 3-window front: C20 door with timber
lintel between 4 windows with C20 frames and fletton jambs and flat soldier
lintels; 2 C18 two-light casements plus 12-pane sash to right on first floor.
Gable outshut has Welsh-slate roof. Interior: Intact floor-structure with
some chamfered and stopped beams, stair and 2 open fireplaces with bressumers;
further fireplaces and some 3-plank doors on first floor. Wrongly shown on the
O.S. sheet as Tudor Cottage.
