Main building is of two storeys in rubble. Probably of C17 origin.
Stone and brick chimney stack. Tile roof. Plain elevation has three
lignts, C19 fenestration, wood lintels. River elevation has one
window to each storey, one canted four light bay over the water.
Water flows through two cut-away arches in base to east. To rear,
modern fenestration and central archway linking to storage wing.
Formerly cottages, now being extensively modernised. Storage shed
forming an L-shaped wing. Large doorway to courtyard. Small Later
windows. To road carved C19 barge-boarding. Two gables, rough rendered
above rubble base. Rest of the building is rubble with red brick window
architraves.
No. 30 and adjacent footbridge form a group
