roof; brick ridge stack to centre. 2-unit lobby-entry plan. Single storey/ and
attic; 2-window range. C20 gabled porch to centre with 4-panel door and flanking
lights. 20-pane unhorned sash to left. 16-pane unhorned sash to riqht. Gabled
half-dormers to left and right with 16-pane unhorned sashes. Interior not
inspected. Included for group value.
