Gateway. Late C17. Limestone ashlar. Moulded Tudor arch with plain spandrels and
2 moulded cornices, upper surmounted by hipped coping with crudely shaped scroll
pediment. This has raised strapwork and incised circular decoration. Iron hinges
to west side of doorway. Said to have led to former vicarage, disused by C18 and
demolished in C19.
