Late C18 to C17 timber frame. Stucco; three storeys; two splayed bay windows tiered over three storeys having original sash windows to second storey, altered glazing bars to first storey, and modern leaded lights to ground storey; plain square-headed wood doorcase; plain semicircular headed doorway on left to passage, which has exposed timber frame at side and above; boarded soffit eaves; old tiles; good iron inn sign-bracket with painted modern sign.
Interior generally altered but retaining exposed ceiling beams and some timber-framing.
