House. Mid-C17 with mid-C19 remodelling. Rendered, probably on to
coursed limestone rubble rebuilding of former timber frame; slate
roof. T-plan. 2 storeys and attic. Plinth, 2 gabled eaves dormers
with 2-light mid-C19 wooden casements, integral brick end stack to left,
brick stack off-ridge to front at right, and truncated end stack to
rear. 3 bays; mid-Cl9 four-pane sashes; central mid-C19 four-panelled
door with rectangular overlight and doorcase with reeded pilasters and
reeded brackets supporting open triangular-pedimented hood. Interior:
C17 L-shaped staircase with winders, pierced double lyre-shaped splat
balusters, moulded handrail and reeded square newel posts.
