Cottage. Probably late C16. Timber framed with painted brick nogging
on rubblestone plinth. End wall to east with brick plinth and
rendered gable, and south wall rebuilt or refaced in brick. Slate roof.
Framing: large square panels (2 from sole plate to wall plate).
Probably 2 framed bays, possibly a fragment of a larger building. One
storey and attic. External brick end stack to west. North front: 2
windows; C19 two-light casement to right and small C19 one-light
casement to left. Central boarded door. Small 2-light attic casement
in left-hand gable end. Rear: pair of segmental-headed casements, 2-
light to left and 4-pane to right. Central segmental-headed boarded
door. Large flat-roofed dormer. Interior not inspected.
