Stable and granary approx. 15 metres to north-east of Golding

Stable and granary, now workshop and garages. Mid-C18 and early to mid-
C19. Red brick with C20 concrete tile roof. C18 stable with C19 granary
adjoining to west. One storey and loft. South front: plat band to
right and weathervane to left-hand gable end; stable with two fixed 2-
light windows, that to left with segmental head, and central segmental-
headed 2-leaf boarded door; two pairs of C20 boarded garage doors to
former granary at left. Left-hand gable end has external dog-leg
staircase with stone coped brick walls up to segmental-headed boarded loft
door with segmental-headed window to left; ground-floor segmental-headed
boarded door to right. Gabled semi-dormer with boarded hoist loft door
at rear of stable. The stable and granary occupy a prominent roadside
position adjacent to Golding (q.v.). Included for-group value.
