Courtyard wall and gateway. Circa 1820-30. Red brick with stone coping.
Tudor Gothic style. Embattled wall approximately 30m in length with
round-headed entrance arch, surmounted by lancet opening, to centre.
Forms north boundary to service courtyard of Earlsdale (q.v.) and hides
its buildings (not included) from view.
