Detached house. Early C19. Red brick, Flemish bond; hipped plain clay tile roof to shallow pitch, with large eaves
overhang; brick chimney stack to rear. In a villa style. Two storeys, 3 bays. Sash windows of 12 panes in plain
openings with stone cills and fine-gauged flat arches over; to lower centre bay a pair 3-flush-panel doors, top panels
glazed, set in semi- circular 2-order arch under false, radial-glazed, fanlight, with fluted side pilasters; inner
order rendered and colourwashed. To north-west corner, set back, a single-bay extension in stretcher bond brickwork
with separate hipped roof; below a part-glazed 6-flush-panel door; above a 9-pane sash window. Interior not seen.
