'T' shaped plan form with 2 storey two-bay crosswings at south end with half-
hipped thatched roof with gable end stack on west and truncated stack against
east side. Single storey and attics, lower block to north with peg tile roof.
Half hipped at north end and central ridgeline, red brick stack and lean-to
dormer on west side. Windows are a mixture of C19 small pane casements and
C20 timber casements with C20 black boarded, lead roofed oriel bay on west
elevation of lower block. Projecting red brick and black boarded C20 porch
with lean-to peg tile and patent glazed roof in front of crosswing. Interior
of cross wing reveals conventional box framing of middle C17 with jowled posts
