House and attached barn. Early to mid C19. Watershot masonry, ashlar quoins,
stone slate roof. Long range forming 4 distinct cells. 1st cell formed by barn
with mistal door with tie-stones and semi-circular arched cart entry with tie-
stones, small light over. Cottage range of 2 storeys. 2nd cell has doorway
with sill tie and flat faced mullioned window of 3 lights (smaller central
light) with same over. 3rd cell has similar 3-light window with smaller 5-light
window over. 4th cell has 2-light window and doorway with tie-stones. 1st
floor has two 2-light windows. Quoined angle. Each of the cells has a clear
break between them. The rear reveals quoins between 3rd and 4th cells and
preserves flat faced mullioned windows of 2 lights and 4 lights. Coped gables
with kneelers. 3 stacks to ridge.
