Mid to later C18. 3 storeys red brick up to parapet with moulded coping. One
window each floor, sashes 5 panes wide, except ground floor with later glazing,
all in flush architrave surrounds. On 1st floor an early to mid C19 rectangular
pilastered bay window. Entrance to left hand, 6 panel door in doorcase of
fluted Greek Doric columns and entablature,
Nos 1 to 7 (consec) Palace Hill Terrace with the Steps, Rails and Terrace proper
form a good group.
