House. Late C17-early C18 and early C19. Timber framed with brick
noggings. C19 rear wing of brick. Thatched roofs. Two storeys.
Three bays with stack in a half bay between central hall bay and
north service end. Boarded door lateral to central bay probably
not original position. Service and stack bays slightly set forward
and gable rebuilt with rear wing. Framing much restored; 4 panels
high with corner braces, and original windows blocked. Present
leaded metal windows, those to upper floor C18 or early C19 with
original leaded glazing. Second brick stack added externally to
rear of inner parlour. Rear wing is of 2 storeys, three bays, with
timber windows in segmental headed openings. Range extended by
studio block with roll pantiled roof.
