C18/C19. 3 storeys purple grey headers with red brick dressings. Gable
end slate roof, stepped eaves cornice of red headers, string course of
inlaid red stretchers. 5 windows, the outer ones closer set, recessed,
sash, later glazing bars, wood frames, block sills on 2nd floor, flat
brick arches. Early C20 Post Office front of red brick with stone
plinth. Doric pilasters, frieze and cornice, pediment over door.
