Public House. C17 with C18 addition. Red brick and sandstone rubble. Plain-tiled
gabled roof. Hipped roof to C18 wing to the front. Ridge stack. 3-unit plan. One
storey and attic. C20 wood casements. C18 wing of brick. 2 storeys with dentil
eaves cornice and 2 recessed first floor 6-pane hung sashes. Similar larger
ground floor windows. Interior has inglenooks, restored and altered, and
stop-chamfered main beams.
