Two cottages. C16/C17 with C19 additions and alterations. Timber-framed with
rendered infill on brick plinth. Left return side of No.4 rebuilt in whitewashed
brick. Wing to rear, forming No.3, is largely of rendered brick with dentil
cornice. C20 plain-tile roof; rendered ridge stack on left. L-plan with wing at
angle on left to rear. 2 storeys; 2-window range. C20 part-glazed door. 4
ground-floor windows. 2-and 3-light C19 casements. Entrance to No.3 to rear.
Rear wing has C19 and C20 casements, and half-dormer. Interior: No.4 is noted as
having open fireplace. No.3 is noted as having chamfered beam.
