Outbuilding, probably originally stable and later a forge. Late C18; probably
converted mid C19. Flemish bond red brick with dog tooth cornice. Old tile roof
has gable parapets with terracotta copings; brick left end stack. One storey and
attic; 2 bays. Plank door and blocked window under tarred wood lintel. Right
return side has remains of 2-light casement, and blocked hayloft door. Interior:
large brick hearth. Trenched purlin roof. Included for group value.
