House. C17 and C18. Timber framed on brick sill, and brick
noggings. Thatched roof. Single storey and attic, 3½ bays with
later extensions both ends. Originally two bays with half bay at
centre containing entrance, a C20 half-glazed door. Framing 3
panels high, the panels subdivided with further timbers. Paned
casement windows. Gable stacks. Beyond left stack a third
timber-framed bay, probably early C18, with slender timbers.
Thatch hipped over C20 end extensions; that to right
weatherboarded. Thatch swept down at rear over narrow service
rooms to the central bays.
