No 28 was the former 'Wheatsheaf' Inn. C17 or early C18 altered. Brick built.
2 storeys. Rendered. Pantile roof 1/2 hipped to left. 2 brick chimneys, external
to left. 2 + 3 windows to 1st floor, 3 paired windows on ground floor, all
late glazed sashes with flush moulded frames, one large modern 3 light casement
on ground floor to right of No 30. No 28 has central doorway with wooden
hood. No 30 has pentise tiled roof to doorway and window to left, moulded
plinth, tiles and panelled piers [once a Butcher's shop]. Roof made with
solid oak timbers.
