Detached house. Circa 1830. Flemish bond brick, hipped Welsh
slate roof, brick stacks. Two-storey, 5-window north front.
Central 4-panelled door with semi-circular fanlight, two 4-pane
sashes either side. First floor has five 4-pane sashes. C20
attic dormer. Right return has two French windows, and casements
to first floor. Left return, garden front has attached
conservatory, French windows and sashes. Rear has single-storey
extension with hipped roof, C20 flat roofed extension to right,
three 12-pane sashes one C20 sixteen-pane sash and blocked window
to first floor. Interior not accessible at time of survey (May
1986), but said to retain original features such as fireplaces and
joinery.
