Circa 1824 (rates). Slightly larger end of terrace house. 2 storeys. Bath stone
ashlar with side piers, cornice and parapet. String at 1st floor level. 3 windows
in recessed surrounds on 1st floor, glazing bar sashes, 2 similar and 6 panel door
on ground floor, the latter with rectangular fanlight of diamond and rhomboid pattern.
Ground floor windows have delicate cast iron fret pattern surrounds linked to continuous
cast iron panelled band under 1st floor string, of scroll pattern and framing lattice
wood trellis across the whole ground floor. Projecting porch with scrolled wrought
iron work. 2 ashlar chimneys.
Nos 28 to 35 (consec) (St George's Terrace) garden walls, rails and gate piers
form a group.
