10/7 Goddard's Farmhouse
II
Farmhouse. Early and mid C17 and Cl9 alterations and addition.
Timber box-frame construction with limewashed brick nogging to
north front and weatherboarding to south; double Roman tile roof
with paired central stone stacks. L-shaped plan with early range
to right, mid C17 range to left and C19 addition at south-west
corner. Two-storeys and attic, 4-window north front. Windows are
2-light small pane C19 casements. Central gabled porch with plank
door off-set to right. One 3-light eyebrow dormer to right.
Interior. No C17 features survive in ground and first floors, but
roof not inspected.
