Pair of houses. 1867 . Common brick with red and blue brick
bands, and red and yellow brick dressings. 2 storeys with
basement and attic, 2 bays to each house, the end bays are
canted. Top cornice; flush quoins. Segmental-headed windows
have banded brick, keyed heads and chamfered recessed yellow
brick reveals, those to central bays are paired. Attic
windows are pointed, in gabled half dormers. All windows are
sashed, no glazing bars. Entrances in enclosed porches to
returns. Reliefs of urns set in return walls. A little-
altered example of the houses on the Victoria Park estate.
