C16 or earlier timber-framed building, with the timbering exposed and red brick
infilling at the back, but refronted with red brick on the ground floor and
tile-hung above, the first floor oversailing on the protruding ends of the
floor joists, brackets and a corner post. Hipped tiled roof. Three casement
windows. Four-centred wooden doorway.
