House, probably 1723. Sandstone rubble with slate roof. 2 storeys.
Earliest part of 3 bays having rebated and chamfered mullioned windows, of
3 lights except for the central one on the 1st floor which is of 2 lights.
Above the ground floor windows is _aplain band. The door has a lugged
architrave with pulvinated frieze and pediment. Above is an oval plaque
inscribed: 'JMC 1723 [?]'. To the right is an added bay which has sashed
windows with glazing bars and plain stone surrounds. Chimneys on gables
and between original house and extension.
