Farmhouse. Early-to-mid C18th. Rubble, rendered and scored, with slate
roof to front and stone slates to rear. 2-unit double-pile central-entry
plan with later C18th extension under same roof to the left. Two storeys
with attics, 3 bays. All front windows sashed. To the left and right of
the front door is a window with plain reveals, stone sill and square-
sectioned hood mould. 2 windows on the lst floor above with plain reveals
and stone sills. Extension to the left has double sash on ground floor and
a single sash on the 1st floor. Door has plain stone surround. Chimneys
on gables and between bays 1 and 2. Interior. Left-hand front room (in
extension) has plain stone lintelled fireplace flanked by lintels over
recesses. Middle room at front has C18th shouldered stone fireplace.
Handrail, square newels and closed string of C18th dog-leg stair survive,
with some vertical plank panelling.
