1967, now house. Brick with some stone quoins at lower level, thatched
roof trapped between crow-stepped gable parapets, with chimney on ridge at
junction of 1st and 2nd bays, another at right gable. Three-bay
baffle-entry plan, with 4th bay added at right end. Two storeys, back to
road; front has modern single-storey gabled porch at junction of 1st and
2nd bays, 4 windows at ground floor and 5 above, mostly horizontal
rectangular casements with glazing bars in variously altered openings, but
those at 1st floor of 1st bay and ground floor of 3rd bay probably
original; vertical joint at junction of 3rd and 4th bays and lean-to
addition to right. Rear (to road): 3rd bay breaks forward in shallow
outshut (continued with addition), and has lean-to porch, 2nd and 1st bays
have at ground floor altered windows of 3, 2, 2, and 2 lights (2nd of
these blocked) all with a continuous hoodmould; at 1st floor each bay has a
small casement (3, 3, 2 and 2 lights). All windows have glazing bars.
Interior not inspected but understood to contain inglenook fireplace with
moulded bressumer and heck with peephole, and 2 moulded beams.
