House, c.1800. Sandstone rubble with sandstone dressings and slate roof.
2 storeys, one bay. Windows have glazing bars, the upper panes opening,
and are tripartite with square stone mullions. The door, to the right,
has a plain stone surround. To its right is a small window with plain
reveals, set within a blocked opening. The latter is now in line with
the party wall which divides the house from No.14, which has been altered.
