Cottage. C18. Rubble stone plinth with brick band above. Coursed galletted rubble
stone with red and blue brick dressings. Half-hipped plain tiled roof. North end
stack with projecting breast. Two storeys; 3 windows. Modern lattice casements, on
ground floor in segment-head surrounds. Central boarded door in segment-head
surround. Gabled one-storey extension to left, valley-roofed with wing behind in
parallel. Included as a good example of modest domestic building of traditional
regional type.
